FLOWER ESSENCE THERAPY

Flower Essences are a form of Vibrational Medicine, Mind body Medicine. The use and power of Flowers is recognised and has been used in all parts of the world including the first nations people of Australia.
Unlike essential oils, that are concentrations of a plant, flower essences are liquid extracts where the vibrational signature of a flower or plant is imprinted in water, then potentised are preserved.

They are useful tools to address emotional well being and mind-body health. Flower essences are a type of subtle energy medicine, which also includes modalities such as homeopathy and acupuncture.
Flower essences can be used orally, topically, in sprays on the body or for a room, in baths, and used on acupressure and auricular points.
They are safe for all, including Children and Pets.
Despite their subtle nature, the results can be profound and have a big impact on a person’s overall happiness and health.

As a Holistic Practitioner, Leah from Whole Green Pepper, recognizes the need to address not only physical states to work towards a happier and healthier version of yourself, family and or pets, but emotional states too. LOMI LOMI MASSAGE

Lomi Lomi is a is relaxing, gentle and nurturing Hawaiian style massage. Is it includes long rhythmic strokes, some of which are over the entire length of the body. It has a profound impact on both the physical and emotional/ energetic bodies.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The recipient will be asked to remove all clothing and jewelry.

Towels and or sarongs will be used to drape private parts or to keep the recipient warm as required.

The stomach, chest and buttocks will be massaged and exposed at various times during the course of the session.

Coconut oil is used to assist the fluidity of massage movements. The practitioner will use both hands and arms to massage.

Lomi lomi is an incredibly loving and nurturing massage.

Connecting in a caring and respectful manner is of the utmost importance, not just as a modality, but also how I personally work with all my clients.

FERMENTS ON OFFER

SAUERKRAUT

A cabbage-based ferment with traditional origins from such countries as Germany, Poland and Russia. Spices, herbs, fruit and other vegetables can be added to enhance the flavour profile and potentially increasing pro and prebiotic content as well as other extra nutritional values. When wild fermented with appropriate timing, large amounts and varieties of Probiotic strains will develop. Also high in digestive and amino acids, vitamins and minerals including vitamin c and Bs.

Wild ferments are a traditional way of preserving food by means of fermentation. No additional starter cultures are used.

A synergistic combination of naturally occurring bacteria and yeasts are present in the mother culture and or from our environment and raw ingredients.

When prepared well and developed with time a probiotic rich wild ferment with roots in tradition is born and ready to be consumed.

WATER KEFIR

The natural fizzy drink. Its traditional origin location is largely a mystery but some believe Mexico is a possibility. A quick and easy ferment the whole family will enjoy. The culture is fermented with water and sugar as its food source. It can be flavored and enhanced with fruit, herbs and spices. A great alternative to soft drink or bubbly alcoholic beverages. Very high in probiotic strains. Also high in amino acids and b vitamins.

All of the wild ferments are offered as a hands on workshop for either individuals, private groups (fermenting Party), or public/community events. One or a combination of ferments can be held in one or multiple sessions.

Prices start from $40pp. Includes starter kit(s) to be used on the day, you will take home what you started on the day, as well as tastings, information and an opportunity to trouble shoot while you learn.

FLOWER ESSENCE & SOUND WORKSHOPS

An afternoon Immersion of High Vibrations. Learn all about the amazing world of Flower Essence Therapy.

Leah will explain what flower essences are and how she uses them in a therapeutic setting for balancing the Mind, body and spirit. Learn which flowers you are attached to, what they mean and how their essence can help you.

Leah will also talk about the beautiful “Release Energy Spray”, that has been crafted right here in Bunbury. Leah will share the story of how it was developed and the amazing transformations that have occurred with its use.

The afternoon will conclude with a sound Immersion, with the use of Crystal singing bowls, and other delightful sound Vibrations.
